App needs programmable access to the thermostat. You can't program or make adjustments to any program thru the app. All programming settings must be done on the thermostat itself. Very unconvienent. App is fairly rudimentary for today's technology.

Phone app is horrible. There are too many problems and missing features to list. One big problem, you can't change the temperature if the system is running on a schedule. Can not change on app or thermastate.

The thermostat and app are sort of beta versions. Thermostat has a nonreplaceable battery, so you may want to reduce the brightness. App doesn't have scheduling yet - have to do schedules on the device.

Horrible. Can't get the app on your laptop at this time. Only on a phone. Setup for programming feels cheap. This thermostat was made for ac people to sell and use. Not for the home user. What a waste of money, Edited

pretty awful. gets the job done but the auto mode is confusing. the thermostat itself is pretty ugly. it was "free" though and doesn't connect to Google or Amazon, so 2 stars
