It was great until it no longer let my son used the Alphabet or number portion of the game. It lets him do all the tracing of the numbers/letters but when it gets to the cloring part it just freezes and acts like he didn't color it and I have to completely close the app to even go back to the main menu. Yes, I've tried force stopping it and uninstalling and then reinstalled it still does the same thing

It's been a couple of months that the app doesn't start on my phone, even after reinstalling. It gets stuck on the first screen and then crashes. All the progress my daughter made is lost. I'd appreciate a refund on the premium purchase, bc this is not exactly what I payed for. But the app used to really good with multilingual support.

Woke up in the morning only to found out my kids wanted to play this, i give it a go. Upon opening, the game asked me to choose the payment terms. I just woke up, and still sleepy, i accidentally pick the weekly payment (which of course i didn't want, i want to pay monthly). BUT THERE ISN'T A WAY FOR ME TO CHANGE IT IN GAME SETTINGS!!! IF YOUR GAME HAVE A PAYMENT SYSTEM, YOUR CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT SETTING IN GAME MENU!!! FIX IT! So disappointed.

You have to subscribe to play with a regular auto-charge, and then the settings in the app don't have an unsubscribe option! The presents and gifts also feel icky and addictive for young kids. Trying to cancel the app but am yet to figure out how!
