The puzzles sometimes have multiple solutions, but the program only recognized one path as "correct". So many times I will waste a couple lives on good moves, counted incorrect (...with the exception of the final mating move. It is always mate, even when there is multiple options). I'd guess this "bug" happens in about 1/10 puzzles. I imagine the programming to get it to recognize ALL mating paths is very labor intensive, so I kinda get why they haven't fixed this. Overall wonderful app!

Fun, challenging, educational. However I'm taking away a star because when you actually play chess against the computer in this game and get to the tougher levels the computer takes forever to decide on a move. I might sit and wait for 5 minutes or more a move. As an educational app to help you see moves that in the past you didn't see, this app will help you with that. Edited

Good app and the puzzles are nice but creating the app in the form of a game wasn't really necessary. After we solve a puzzle, an irritating music begins to play and we collect coins and we have to manually enter a new level... It just disrupts our concentration. It would have been nice if no such thing was there and the puzzles autoplayed after one another.

The game is fine, but I find it extremely frustrating when you have this reward of time. Your stuck in the game. If you leave the game the timer keeps running. I guess the programers don't have anything else to do. Like return to work after lunch. You fix this and I'll change my rating to 5. Oh yeah.. when you change the reward timer change the puzzle timer to when you make your first move.. there is no time to study the board..

The game is fine so is the rewardsystem, it's not as predatory as other mobile apps. But if the opposition doesn't play optimally, like leaving my pieces on the board when they are hanging or at least would be a good trade to prevent mate it just becomes extremely frustrating to play lines you could never use in any real game because your opponent would never allow them. Would have bewn cool if the oppoaite side played good chess but like this it's just not instructive.
