I am a manager and use this to achedule employees and staff for clients, but I wish it was more user-friendly. I am not able to add open shifts from my phone (android), but my coworkers are able to from their iPhone. I am hoping they bring this feature to android soon. It would also be nice if we were able to cancel shifts from locations as well and not just cancel employee shifts. I would just like to see this app have more features.

Overall is an alright app but it does not notify me of new shifts like other work apps I have like this despite having notifications turned on which seems a pretty key feature to not have working for an app like this so I can't give it more than 1 star as I've missed out on countless shifts, It always notifies me of unsuccessful shift applications & once in a blue moon I'll get an email notification of an avaliable shift but that's it, not remotely good enough for an app like this. To troubleshoot:
1) double-check More → Settings → Notifications → New open shifts specific notification settings
2) ask your manager to verify System settings → Notifications → options under Notify people of any activity in their schedule.
If both are on and issues persist, contact

Great design and fitness for use. But the location element really seems to struggle, making booking on/check calls a hassle compared to other apps of a similar nature.

I find this atrocious has I work in an office and it keeps telling me I have bad GPS and to point at a sky I cannot clock out I have to ring people I find this app annoying that I have to check in every hour need to find a window to be able to do this it also reminds me at 3:00 every day in the morning I have a shift that starts in 12 hours which is lovely when it wakes me up to tell me this as I am asleep Edited

Did you know you can manage your own notification settings in the app? Go to "More" > "Settings" > "Notifications" and find "Upcoming shift reminders" section to control when you want to be notified of starting shifts.
