We lost our dog after 17 years, and used Keepsake for some pictures of him that we wanted framed. The pictures are beautiful, and the frames accent the pics so well. Keepsake's Customer Service team was excellent. We emailed each other back and forth a few times to make sure the quality of the pics we submitted, and the frames we chose, matched up before our choices went into production. Have several photos on my phone that I wanted to frame for wall art. After looking at several options, I downloaded Keepsake app. Uploaded photos, picked frames & voila, about a week later they arrived. So easy. Fast processing. Great product. Packaged well, no damage in shipping. Very pleased. Will order more prints soon. Highly recommend

My order was delivered by USPS to the wrong place ( USPS couldn't find out where), but Keepsake is replacing my order asap. They have been nothing short of fantastic, and even though it wasn't their fault, they are still replacing my frame. It's for a friend who lost a pet recently, so it's a little special. I wanted to send my 4 yr old granddaughter a framed picture of the two of us reading together during a recent visit and chose Keepsake. The app was very easy to use and to upload the picture from my phone. Good choice of sizes and frames and the price was reasonable. It got there quickly ( without expediting shipping) and it looked like the quality was very good from the video I saw of her carrying it around.( They're 3000 miles away). I will definitely use Keepsake again.

Ordered three prints of a family photo and made a specific frame request. The photos came packaged carefully and exactly as advertised. They were a big hit. The service is a great price for the care they put into the orders, and it is well worth it downloading the app and giving them a try. I plan on using them for most framing needs moving forward. (It was 200 bucks cheaper than Michael's)
