Good design, but..... The first digit on the date is cut or disappears to the left. And so does the world clock and the event sections. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall to no success.. When I download the face to my phone, the watch face looks complete, but after installing on my watch, that disappearing act comes about and stays. Someone did a poor job here. Can I please get my money back, aka refund. Edited

We will be happy to help you and make updates if needed. But some of the complications are limited with space and it is default behaviour for its data to be cut when there is no more space. Try changing the position of the complication to see where it fits.

Big fan of the watch face design Has all the display options I want and will ever need with a good amount of customisation. Customer service were super quick in reaching out and discussing things with me when I asked for assistance which is a tremendous credit to them. Edited

There's nothing wrong with this watch face and app and any low-star reviews are just operator errors cause some people out there aren't smarter than what they are working with. This has so many great customizable features you could not want or ask for a better watch face.

This constantly crashes when I try to customize it. It's getting annoying, because I like the face. Just wish I could change thing without it crashing.

No, you got it wrong.
If you have downloaded premium from the free version please find the premium in the Downloaded watch faces list. It is a standalone app. It is not an upgrade to free version. You must select it from all downloaded watch faces list.
Premium version is all unlocked without locking options...
Let me know did you find it.
