I've played this game for a very long time now. Down side was that when I got a new phone my game level did not carry over. Also not did my NO ADS purchase. I sent email and never responded. I continued to play anyways and again I bought the NO ADS on 01/02/2025 then by 01/28/2025 I have the ads back. I sent email regarding the issue and nothing. I'm very disappointed. Another problem is that once you pass a level then watch the ad, the music and all goes silent. I have get out and come back in.

I'm the kind of person who understands that developers need to earn so they have ads in their games. I normally just let the ad play and when it's finished I continue the game. However, there are some games (this one) where the greed is so unscrupulous that there are sometimes 2 and 3 ads (always at least 1..and of the 30 second variety) between every 10-20 second level. I actually enjoyed the game but deleted it because of the obvious cash grab. I'd find a different word game..there are better.

I got this cause it advertised butterfly rewards. No butterflies (frownie face). And it's trying to sell me a "piggy bank", annoying. The piggy looks like he takes my points I worked for and I can't have them, annoying. Ads are not bad though. Challenges are fun and am able to level up without getting stuck (so far). Still new, ask me later. CW.

It's colors are great, very comforting. I like the way there's a word test after each game, it lets you relax during the change. And it makes coming back to the words more enjoyable. Plus the opportunity to choose from the other gifts than you first chose, for more points, is a different twist. Which makes it even more catchy! Great game to relax with. 💜👌🏾👍🏿 Edited

New: An update is desperately needed. This app crashes every 3-4 games. I don't want to reinstall because I'll probably lose all my points. Why can't I see definitions for words anymore. Original: I have sent 2 emails. No one has responded. I have a new phone and I do not want to lose all my points - again. Very frustrating!!! In addition, several words ARE NEVER included. Edited
