Takes too long to load. Speech command prompts are clunky and need perfect timing. Rarely recognizes perfect elocution no matter how much you repeat. Does not send progress reports. No one likes it. Runs poorly, very choppy. Just a pain. No one misses it or even likes to use it. Worse than most automated telephone call systems and who likes those? 1 star rating is 1 star too many.. Edited

UPD: I have sent you an email two weeks ago but no response on the email mentioned below. toy should check it. it has zeroed all the progress and asked to sign in again as if there were no everyday sessions with the app. Demotivated my son. Although when they ask for an email it should see that it is an annual subscriber. No? Edited

After the most recent update the app no longer works. It loads into a black screen and won't do anything else even after minutes of waiting. The sparkles when I touch the screen are a nice touch though?! lol Edited
