it was a very fun app for my kids. since the last update, the app will not play on my son's tablet. the screen looks like a strobe light when starting and doesn't go away. if this is fixed, I will update my rating. Update: Emailed by Aishu from StoryToys Support, who assured me that the situation would be taken care of. Was contacted periodically with progress updates, and finally, when the situation was resolved, I was told when to reinstall the app. Great service and response. Thank you. Edited

the app will not even load using the Google family link and family share plan. it used to work but the second I shared the purchase to unlock everything on the game it won't even open now. every other game works but this one does not.

There's only one thing you can play and had pay for everything else. And the game was just throwing rock to get a cat, you can't even move your screen or can't even explore that one game.
