I'm giving up. They offer all these discounts on gas but so far I've only been able to redeem them once at the pump. You put your phone number in and the price per gallon doesn't change. It registers on the app that it's you because it says I've earned more discounts from that fill up but it doesn't give me the discount I already had earned that I clicked to redeem at that fill. I have to unredeem it so it's still there but the pumps won't apply my cents off to the price. You have lost a custome

This is the most confusing rewards app. It doesn't explain how to get rewards, it just says rewards are available, but no clue how to get them. I think you have to pump $30 of gas to get $1. It makes you get a one time code just to access the app. I like the Love's app so much better - scan the barcode, get 10 cents off per gallon every time.

no directions, no barcode to scan, doesn't provide you with any kind of member number, just tells you about all the great deals you can get, but has no explanation about how to do so. just stand at the pump and pray it magically works? UPDATE: your phone# is your ID#, but even that doesn't work when trying to enter it at the pump. This thing is an absolute waste of time. Literally, every fueling app, but this one, works great. I don't know if it's the app or the gas stations... But I have yet to receive one, not one single solitary discount, fuel savings, coupon, offer, whatever at all. I cash rewards in the app all the time, and I've been to a variety of different marathon chain gas stations... But not one single iota of anything promised in the app. This rewards program is useless, it gets you nothing. All you're giving them is free data on purchases, and receiving nothing for it.

Recently installed the app but could not get the discount to apply. Opened the app, texted (twice), clicked to redeem discount, entered my phone number on pump....bzzt, no discount for you! What an ordeal, and it was all for nothing. This new loyalty program far worse and too time consuming compared to the old one. I'll give it another six months to see if they replace it with something better. Anything would be an improvement. Also, though the sign on the pump read "you do not need to enter 11 Edited
