Many times now I've had problems that prevent me from using it to order food, redeem points, or scan my barcode at checkout. When I'm stopping at a gas station, I don't have ten minutes to trouble shoot an app to get it to load when I know I'm connected to internet because everything else on my phone is working. I'm writing this after trying reinstalling, clearing data, logging in again, nothing works. trying wawa instead today, just trying to redeem rofo points before deleting app at this point Edited

This review is only for the account creation portion of the application, as I didn't have a rewards account prior to downloading. In the Date of Birth field, it is impossible to simple enter a date. Instead, the app displays a one month calendar. This forces you to tap an arrow an unnecessary amount of times to find the correct date. A better implementation would be to have separate day/month/year fields that get entered individually.

This app sucks. They claimed to have improved it but obviously not. I tried using it a couple years ago, it froze constantly and one day all my points disappeared. Almost 400 points. Now I downloaded it again. Tried to reset my password, it sent me an email saying 'click here to reset password' that directed me to the regular sign in page with no option to create a new password. Waste of time I'll spend my money at Sheetz. Their app works great.

I've had this app for a few yrs. now and had always worked great. However, in the past 3 to 4 mos. I've been unable to successfully play the game portion for bonus points. Every time I click tiles, it will turn over both selected but then freeze and unable to turn back. There's no availability to continue on. I'd been hoping that it was a glitch in app that would soon be fixed but it's clear now after all these mos. that it either has not been reported or does not seem to be a priority.

Overall the concept is great. I love the rewards aspect too. I suggest bringing back the game...loved that (though I never won it). Next suggestion would be, if someone orders on the app to pick up in store, give them the store based order number or they will be waiting forever. Also, redeeming rewards is a cumbersome process that needs improvement. All in all, good app, just needs some work.
