The app is so broken nowadays it's genuinely unplayable. There's a broken VIP sale button on the home screen which says "CAA AABO e". I can't open my profile, nor my wishlist. I can only scroll through a few pages of the clothing store or look at a few of my looks before it ceases to work completely. Half of the time when I log in or open the game, part of the screen is completely black. The wheel of fortune covers the entire screen so you can't even see most of the wheel. I could go on...

I've noticed quite a few things that I've found hendering to the gameplay. The game will pop up connection errors quite often, no matter how good a connection you have. Any time while trading/gifting, the game becomes extremely slow and laggy, once again, popping up connection errors. While petting pets to get coins, the game will show errors and limit the amount, and restrict interactions. These are an occurrence that happens multiple times to everyone across the entirety of the server.

I've been playing since 2016 and very great experience. I don't like how you can't change your animation for your status on mobile but I usually use my computer to change it. The reason though that I gave 4 stars is because of the fact that there is a little amount of people playing on certain servers like the Canada server because from you having to download the game on your computer but still it's pretty fun but can get boring at times.

They still have not fixed the fact that alot of Android phones can not play the game because part of the screen is cut off. For me there's a black bar cutting off a part of the game on the right side. I can't log out, I can't make artbooks, I can't click x, I can't do alot of things because apart of the screen is cut off. I SEE SO MANY REVIEWS ON THIS BUT THEY HAVE YET TO FIX IT. I email them and they say they are AWARE of the problem and will fix it. MONTHS AGO. FIX IT! DANG. Edited

I used to be an avid player a few years ago. I revisited it, and it was too laggy to even play. Almost all of the activities available on desktop are all gone. The format isnt compatible with a samsung phone at all, which is a huge issue. Tons of people have samsung phones, so this excludes many people from enjoying the game. The sequel to the games isnt very good as well. I recommend desktop if you can use that. The mobile version is riddled with issues.
