I had gotten the free trial before annual charges. I quickly gave up after 2 to 3 hours of use because the results were minimal and I had believed I cancelled my subscription only to find that I would be charged on the 29th of April. I put in one ticket requesting a refund but in their system you cannot see progress of your ticket and now they have tried to charge me again. The customer service is non-existent as I have tried to call, email, or file a ticket and had no results. Idonotrecommend.

I would love it and would give it 5 stars if it didn't delete or make my previous purchases of the AI Time Machine disappear. I had spent over 100$ with that because I thought it was really cool and looked awesome. I tried contacting support, haven't heard back from them in like almost two months. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Overall, the app is great. Great format & navigation is easy. Provides a great service. ****However, should you decide at some point that you no longer want the sub/service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you cancel WELL in advance of the next pymt date & most importantly, document your cancellation date to provide as proof. It shouldn't take 3 wks & 4 calls to have funds returned**** Customer service techs were unnecessarily rude. It was a tacky way to handle business.

Bait and switch. It says it is a free app but in order to find any info that might already be available you have to pay $110. Update after their response : sure you can input info, that I assume other people can access. BUT, if you want to follow any links, you have to subscribe. No links or matches that were suggested to me were available without subscription. BTW Familysearch actually is a free site that is very useful. Edited

I had my subscription automatically renewed on October 22, 2018. I have been locked out of my account since that date. The reason is because my subscription has "expired". I have contacted them by phone on many occasions and they have not followed up with me at all except for an automated email. I have reported them to google and they have not help much at all either. I have been charged $119.99 and Im having a difficult time getting what I paid for or a refund.
