One of the most beautiful whimsical games I have ever played on any platform, Samorost 3 is one of those games that blurs the boundary between art and video game. It doesn't just offer goofy puzzles and great graphics, it takes the time to add in little things that have no bearing on the story or puzzles just to be interesting(E. G. Talk to the 3 salamanders!). This game is an achievement and worth twice what I paid. Buy it!

I bought this game a year ago and I can't believe I didn't rate it. This game offers so much content for the small price tag, I was baffled that it just kept going. In addition to all the normal puzzle shenanigans that this studio puts out, there are achievements that allow you to go back and encourage re-experiencing different parts of the game. I've been a long time fan of amanita studios (for over a decade now! I remember your guys' website), so please keep putting out new content!!!! Edited

The game is pretty difficult at first but once you get the puzzle hint mechanics, it's a breeze. Level design and art is phenomenal. You'll find yourself admiring it a lot. Features a rich story, made even more powerful by eccentric characters you encounter along the way. I loved the books in the game; gives the world its powerful history. Also, the music ties in really well with gameplay. The soundtrack is available online to listen to. All in all, pretty perfect game. Really enjoyed it.

It is worth buying Samorost 3 if you like puzzles. Clues are scattered throught the game to keep you on track, but they are not all obvious. The graphics are incredible, music is fun and sometimes part of the gameplay, and the storyline is filled with hilarious quirks! Progress at your own pace and remember to go to bed... cause this game is addicting and time passes by without notice!

Excellent game! Beautiful graphics, compelling story. I enjoy problem solving, and this game allows us to scratch that itch. The creators should be proud. Some of the game mechanics were a bit tedious, like the dials that opened the guidebook. I learned to screenshot the guidebook pages so I could toggle between images, but I don't think the player's time should be taxed thusly since it ended up being busy work, like filling out paperwork in triplicate. Otherwise a round of applause.
