Besides loving working out with the directions and modelling one of my most respected circus trainers, Brennan Mejia, this app is pretty easy to navigate and make it do what I want it to. I like the Tabata timer, the ability to pause so I can read the tips, and how I can get an overview of what the entire session will consist of. I am three exercises into his beginning and intermediate hand balancing 6 week course, and I can't wait to try more!

at least 1 workout should have been for free so that I could see if it's worth the subscription fee. Deleting it. 👎👎👎👎

Great app. I'm back to full motivation. The workouts are easy to follow. One constructive feedback though. It would be better if you show the exercises during the breaking time because I'm not familiar with all the exercises that are coming next (I'm sure more people are in the same situation). After the break time, there are 3 seconds to watch the move and learn it before the next round. Apart from that, an amazing app. Well done. Super recommended

Quite a good app to train. However I can't do a full workout in 1 hour with doing the maximum amount of reps, e.g. When it asks for 5-10 pike handstand leg lifts, I will not be able to finish the workout in 1 hour if I do 10 reps for every set (or the maximum recommended amount). I understand that it may be a question of fitness, but these are just my experiences of using the app. Besides that, some very useful workouts, and I already feel myself getting stronger quite quickly. I've been searching everywhere for a proper workout app for calisthenics. I used to use fit! which gas been useful for a while but I only had Simons lvl 2 and 3. which got me far but I plateaued and couldn't bridge the gaps. This has so many progressions and regressions that after doing the first for 1 and a half years then stuck for 6 months/year I'm finally making progress again. I can't wait to work my way through every single one of these courses. Absolutely love it.
