I was curious, so i applied for the free trial. But there is no customer service tab or anything in the app that can properly manage my subscription status. There is a "cancel" subscription button. I pressed it, but it doesn't seem like it had done anything. I would like to cancel my subscription and a refund please. It seems like those who use the free trial are forced to stay.

I'm really liking the app so far (free trial) after a couple days of use. It's helping to open conversation with us in a neutral way. We are having a few issues - in the chat part of the app where it prompts you with a question each day (which we love), we'll type our answers to the question and it never shows up for the other person. It just says "not answered". I also think $20 a month is VERY steep for an app. I love the idea and the content but the cost is prohibitive.

We offer a free trial so you can get a feel for the app before subscribing and the price point is significantly cheaper than traditional therapy. Beware flaws in the system - you may lose your money. I have been charged twice for the service due to a glitch in Blueheart not recognising my first payment. I am still trying to resolve the issue; it has been two weeks and I have sent bank statements and Google play evidence. I now have now had one refund, but my initial subscription still doesn't work. This leaves me £89.99 out of pocket and no App access. Tech support can't seem to resolve this.

A great app and we were finding it very helpful. However... My partner was charged twice for the service and then they refused to refund. Their customer service was both patronising and rude. They have been entirely unapologetic (specifically looking at you "Mike Blueheart Support"). In short, the content is great but the customer service is abysmal and be prepared to pay for for services which they neither provide nor refund.

A great toolkit that's missing some qol improvements. For example, I have not been able to find a way to share to the in app chat. This would be useful for snippets of audios, like the bookmark function on audio book apps. I also want to favourite or bookmark courses and articles to come back to. The course content home page is clunky and difficult to navigate. I would like to be able to quickly and separately view courses, both solo and couple, as well as articles.
