Overall buggy experience, which not only makes it user unfriendly, it does not instill trust with regards to safety either. (Example: the phone number field keeps auto filling the wrong country code, and it is almost impossible to change the phone number registered with the app. This requires a complete reinstall but when I tried this it didn't work as it appeared to keep recognizing my previous installation and settings. I gave up after 3 reinstalls.)

Trying to set it up is painful. Keeps giving errors, stuck on infinite loading screens, and once you get past one issue you're faced with another, eventually forced to try it all again. It is not an user or hardware error. Once you finally manage to get past all the errors, you come to find it's absolutely useless unless you've used a Belgian document to sign in 🤦♂️ Edited

Worked fine until the last update: the app immediately crashes when trying to open it. You would expect better quality control for such a crucial piece of technology.

I could never log in, not even with my bank details app. If I have to depend on ONE SINGLE APP to view my very important details such as FOD ETC, then this app is lacking, not working, whatever.. I had tried many times to login for one reason or another proved to not work for me. So I uninstall it. I hope the government finds another solution to keep up with such important PERSONAL info.
