I've used xoom for several years and haven't had too many negative issues with it. However, the most recent updated version doesn't allow to view the name or number of the account from which I need to transfer from. It's cumbersome having to choose one and upon reviewing the transaction details, I must backtrack and try again. Today, I was trying to send money and the app asked for my bank login info, but it would not accept it. Thankfully the website worked. Please fix these issues. Thank you.

Have used Xoom for many years. Before PayPal took over the app, it worked very well. But since PayPal took it over it has become bad to worse. The money transfer takes ages. Often times there is a delay of 7 days or so with verification process. It also says, in order to speed up the process, you can verify the amount debited from your bank account. When you try to do that, the process spins for ever and times out. Very poor experience. Moving over to much better & very fast alternative app.

No response from customer service. I have sent several messages the past year because I keep getting notifications almost daily to pick up money for a cancelled transaction. Edit: I haven't been able to log into the app for many months. I try to log in with my PayPal password and it erases it. I have tried everything and it is gliched and I can't log into the app. I can log in on the browser, but it changes the name of the person who is receiving when I go to review. App is non-functional. Customer service are unbelievable. I had a transaction that was showing 'on track', or something like that, for days when I called customer service they made it seem as if I should have known what that meant and was suppose to call them. After I couldn't take their tedious verification process anymore, especially after they asked me to send my license and so on, I told them to cancel everything and am now going to delete the app. Hope you have a better experience.

Very bad experience with this vservice. Very invasive verification process. I started to use this service a while ago, took very long to get through the verification process. First few transactions was smooth, but really slow. Tried to send again, got cancelled without reason. Had to call customer service, who wanted more personal information, etc. I ended up abadoning this app. NOT-RECOMMRBDED.
