The design is pretty well done and it's a good alternative for a paper newspaper. Once is a while they forget to put in the clicking zones so you're stuck with a huge picture of a newspaper that is a bit awkward to zoom and scroll, but mostly it works very nicely. Edited

1. As I live abroad, De Volkskrant online offers me a great opportunity to stay tuned on a daily basis; 2. The App works well and I am happy to use it; 3. Two suggestions for improvement: a. Technically it should be possible to download the most recent edition and then read it later, even if there is no internet connection (which in my context is rather common); b. I am a fan of the Saturday Cryptogram. It would be great to be enabled to complete it online and submit the results fully paperless

Good paper and useful app. Shame it appears more difficult to view the photos. It often needs reloading then. Also print is very small, and I don't seem to get a choice to upload in larger print, but that may be me.

Horrible! This app keeps on telling me that I need Internet in order to set it up. Needless to say I have Internet indeed... Can't use the app, reason I subscribed to Volkskrant in first place. Fortunately I can still cancel, which I most certainly will do.

Excellent app. Well designed, precisely what one would want from a digital version of the paper.
