If you can’t deliver, don’t offer it! I waited over an hour just to have my delivery postponed twice—first 20 minutes, then another 15. When I tried to cancel, they stopped replying, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. Hungry, annoyed, and now needing to order elsewhere—plus they had the nerve to offer 5 reais as compensation!

If you're a foreigner in Brazil you won't be able to order anything or even use the app cause to create your account you can only put a Brazilian phone number, so if you don't have one, you don't get to create an account and don't even get to order any food, i literally starved, sucks

i have been trying to order food since 2 months but they never recognize my face, as i do not exist in Brazil. very very bad service, it is better to introduce other food delivery services in Brazil.

Every time I want to order food or buy anything, I have to talk to customer service to prevent my credit VISA card from being blocked. I have asked them many times to find a permanent solution for this annoying problem, but they don't seem to care. Waiting for their response also takes a long time as well. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My card works fine with any other apps. Update 19 Oct 25 I tried to order food on Sunday at 17:52. Now it's 21:50. I still can't pay. I waited for hours. 👎 Edited
