Good Initiative but app interface is not user-friendly. The search engine is slow and couldn't find using keywords. The app takes too much time in loading menus and place order. Majority of food places listed are showing CLOSED NOW. Trying to place order but couldn't place it due to sluggish response by the application. The app should suggest food items based upon location. multiple issues. app only opened up once. then gave an error while creating/ registration for the account. rest all the time it is constantly giving an error of "no internet connection" at startup. these errors needs to be fixed or maybe the capacity needs to be enhanced. it seems like the main servers aren't capable

While the interface of this app is decent and visually appealing, the overall user experience is quite frustrating. It took me almost an hour just to sign up, as the app was running extremely slow and unresponsive at times. Due to these performance issues, I’m currently giving it a 3-star rating. Hoping to see improvements in future updates.

The app loads slowly with many bugs. Variations confused me: a 700 amount showed "full" and "half" options with different prices. Not selecting an option prompts a "select first" message, and there are extra charges for options. The UI is unclear. It's great Foodpanda has a competitor; they frustrated many. Foodpapa needs to fix the app's loading issues, resolve bugs, and clarify the menu.

The app is extremely slow and keeps hanging frequently. It’s not user-friendly at all and most of the time, no rider gets assigned to the order. Even when you place an order you receive calls later saying "Your order is here" without any tracking or proper process. But the most frustrating part is the lack of support there’s no proper helpline or in-app assistance available. Honestly this is one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed food delivery platforms I’ve used.
