2 days in, and they're only pushing drinking water, which I already do, just not in the evenings. Other apps are included in the free trial but you have to download them all. Ugh. Why not combine them all? App burnout is real. No way to customize font, so if you have dyslexia this probably won't work for you since they use a seriffed font. Also cannot customize content once you've set your goals there's no way to skip ahead if you're bored or need to fine tune your goals.

Confusing subscription structure. Premium is quite expensive, then on top of that they sell Bundle access to their other apps, but it's unclear what it includes. It appears that I'd need to pay a Premium subscription for the 2nd app that I liked. Not sure what's the point of the Bundle subscription then. Probably that's a way for them to introduce us to other apps, but at user's cost.

The user interface needs some serious work. The design is very colorful and rounded which makes it difficult to understand at glance. The aesthetic has taken precedent over the functionality. I wish there was more flexibility. The app feels useful but the design makes it tedious to use. The guest pass notification should not be at the top of the page. Also, I don't appreciate getting ads after paying. Literally half of the home screen is promotion for other apps. Edited

Easy to use. I can see how this would help in the long-term. Cheap for what it's worth. Update, I did have an issue with my free trial and was charged but they handled it quickly and satisfactorily. I'll eventually sign back up when I cancel other subscriptions that I don't need which are adding up but I still recommend this app. It gives you a feeling of peace just by the user interface and appearance. at this point they said they gave me 2 week I believe, free trial. however, even before the trial was over, they tried to draft my account for two different amounts. the first amount was $39 and the second amount was $37. However, even after canceling through the app they continue to try and draft my account for those two amounts. and this is why I only gave it one star. (Edit: Since posting this review, they have once again tried to take money out of my account. And for two different amounts. Edited
