EDIT: This is a great app to teach kids the importance of brushing. However, some bugs exist. 1. clicking on a thumbnail results in the wrong picture being shown (known bug). 2. after completing a sticker book and switching characters, the completed book loses stickers! The kids are upset because their hard work is being undone and is starting make them want to use the app less and less! Edited

We absolutely loved using this app. But now it stopped working, the screen stays on the blue music startup. It worked fine yesterday morning but went to use it the evening time and it stopped working. Cleared cache, restarted phone. I am too afraid to unusual and reinstall and lose data but I might have to. I am about to have a very upset child. Data backup should not be a request, it should be a basic feature

I have had this app since my daughter was very little. I stopped using the app for a few months. Recently, I started using it again with my son. I wanted to show him the cool feature where you can scan and get a character just like with my daughter. I don't have the scan button/option on my app. Did it get deleted with the last update? He was looking forward to seeing Spiderman. Edited

Hi Wendy, the scanning feature has been moved. Please go to the character select page, choose the character you wish to unlock (such as Spiderman), tap the Unlock button in the bottom left, and then select the scanning option. with the last update we now have fireworks that have sound effects. that was a nice surprise. But now after the star goes into the book to account for the brushing, there's no way to exit the program unless you simply go back to your home screen. It didn't used to be that way. In fact, even with the enhanced sound effects for the fireworks, I prefer the previous programming to this one entirely. Sometimes the program doesn't start at all just plays the intro music and before you know it times up.

Scanning the brush doesn't work (with a Rapunzel electric toothbrush) - either the recognition is no good, or I'm doing it wrong and there isn't sufficient instruction to show you how to do it right. It seems like putting a QR code on the toothbrush or package would have been a lot simpler and more reliable. Timer, stickers, etc are all fine, except we can't access anything except the default BB8 set.
