I’ve reached out several times regarding persistent issues with the app that are preventing me from completing the onboarding process. I’m currently stuck at the step where accessories information needs to be added, and the app will not allow me to proceed beyond this point. It’s frustrating not to have received any response, especially as I’m eager to begin driving. I’ve also noticed similar complaints from other users in the reviews, which suggests this may be a widespread issue.

The Curri App does not refresh when manually done. And it does not pick up current location even when active, throwing ETA to customer off. Curri support takes forever to respond, and in the midst of getting help, they leave a conversation without finishing responding to you. Notifications for opportunities do not sound off so that you are aware, there is an opportunity available. You either see it or you don't. Opportunities are usually very far from your home. Curri app definitely needs work.

WORST GIG APP EVER!!!!!!!!!Can't get past onboarding to start Gigging and support is non-existent!!! I'm stuck in the on-boarding process, where it asks for driver's accessories. I'm unable to input or move past that screen. I was able to get to the help tab to no avail: several days have passed w/out a single person responding to my help request. Very bad sign of the type of company this is.SMH😡 UPDATE:Shortly after emailing the Curri team, I was able to finish the onboarding process. Edited

They use to be good. But now I try helping by taking an extra delivery. After i deliver the broker stopped answering and didn't pay $125 agreed on. Text messages show the agreement, yet no one at curri seems to care. Fuel is not cheap, I'll find somewhere else... once again they pay under half of what was agreed on. this app an company is worthless. there's no driver support!!! Edited

Out of 20 gig apps.. This is the Worst, in terms of trying to get a hold of someone while doing an ACTIVE delivery. They answer you faster when you're not doing one. 🤔 Both times I've accepted a delivery, I had to unassign myself because there's no help through the app, Telling me I'm not at the location when I'm literally parked out front. Now I have 2 violations, both because the app, NO way to appeal because they don't show up in driver history. I really thought this was gonna be a good one. Edited
