I was using another autoresponder but wasn't satisfied. When I tried this for the free trial it seemed so much better than the other one. It was pretty user friendly and when I had a question, I would go to the online chat and get really great help. They were thorough in their assistance and helped with all my problems. after seeing this I upgraded to a paid membership and have not looked back since. There are so many tools to use I'm still learning and I'm very impressed. Edited

Finding it difficult to login using the app or to create an account. I had to use website to register. After the registration. I came back to the app to login but still it wasn't opening. It kept saying invalid email and password. But same email and password was the one I use to create and also access site. Now all I can do now is rely on the link I got from my email while registering to access the site. It's funked up. Please do something or give me an alternate routes to access it

The billing of Get Response is deceptive. When you cancel your subscription, they give you an option to freeze, but if you freeze, your subscription ends immediately (even though you still have more time). And when you log back in, they ask you to reactivate and charge you money, and you're not given the option to opt out before they start charging. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The app is awesome for tracking stats, lists, graphs, etc. The composer functionality however, which is a major part of getresponse and those who are constantly on the move could need in order to write something important but well designed on the go, still needs a lot of work in order to ressemble the desktop experience. If not for this, I would give it 5 stars without thinking it twice

done a few campaigns and analytics say that out of 1000 emails. 423 apparently clicked on my meeting calendar to book a meeting and yet not one actually booked something in or got any replies. very odd
