You can't save your progress. There was an option to sync your FB account at one point. I tried many times to do so, and it wouldn't work (other reviews say it won't work as a login anyway). I updated the app, and then the option disappeared entirely. It is ridiculous that if anything were to happen to your sim card or if the app is uninstalled, all of your account data would be lost, especially if you've invested effort in events to get the magical horses. We need an account backup feature! Edited

The overall idea of it is AWESOME! Like being in rooms with people, getting cool horses, (Clydesdales, freisans, etc) giving them accessories, and a good amount more. But the gameplay & world in it is horrible. Mainly the world is pretty glitched. The water is solid purple, and it's very noticeable. Also there's a good amount of small glitches that can get pretty annoying. ALSO the fact that you can't have and save an account is ridiculous.. PLEASE make that a thing.!! Well, I hope u see this.🥲

I think this is an amazing game. It's super fun, you can unlock new areas, so many different horses and accessories to chose from. And I love how much freedom you have, your not forced to do anything. You can go wherever you want, role play with friends. I absolutely love the graphics, best mobile horse game. The only thing I could say though, is I wish that they would pay more attention to the game, like adding new horses, new accessories, holiday events, Changing the map for different seasons. Edited

Love this game! Great time killer. I also love the fact I can feel like a horse here and escape reality for awhile. Only thing I would like to see happen is regular horses be able to have the option to get wings or a horn as a accessory later as we level up. Also maybe add new breeds of horse and more accessories to dress up. Also there needs to be a way to keep our accounts so if anyone should ever switch devices they have their account. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, it's a great and fun game.

I really enjoy this game but the customer service is bad. I'd been saving up my gems to buy another stable slot - they cost a lot of gems - and I accendentally spent them clicking on the roll-for-an-extra-prize button after I'd levelled up one of my horses a bit. I didn't want the extra roll, I didn't use it and right away I sent them an e-mail asking them to refund me the gems that the accidental click had cost me. They pretty much just told me tough cookies, lol. So it's a very good game, just make no mistakes in it because the customer service is non-existant. And there are no pop-ups or confirmation buttons to make sure you don't accidentally spend your gems on things you don't want - and there really should be. Edited
