This app used to be great, but now it’s falling behind. Font import is completely broken and doesn’t respond at all. The UI feels outdated — please modernize it with Material You (M3). There’s no dark mode, no cloud sync, and it crashes on larger exports. Full-screen ads disrupt workflow, and text editing tools are still limited. PixelLab needs a serious update to meet today’s standards.

The app is great and useful for what I need it to do for me. My only gripe and why I took away 1 star is because I paid to get rid of ads a few weeks ago and I'm still receiving ads after saving project and after I save image to gallery. The option to pay to get rid of ads is still showing, and I'm not paying twice for that. There's no other way to contact support, because trying to do so from within the app is impossible, so here I am giving this review. Money back or help please!

I’ve been using PixelLab for a long time and it’s amazing! I’ve completed many client projects using this app, especially YouTube thumbnails and social media posts. It’s easy to use, full of great features like 3D text, background removal, and stylish fonts. Perfect for mobile designers. Highly recommended!

I've been using this app for at least a decade, and it's absolutely my go-to app for nearly any basic photo project. Play around with it, and I think you'll find it does more than you expect, and gives you excellent control over each operation. Right now my pixel 7A is giving it grief when Pixellab tries to access my own fonts, but if I could get that fixed, I wouldn't trade this app for any other!

I really like the app. The app has a lot of stuff to make a logo, which some other drawing apps can't. The problem is that this app is not drawer-friendly. When I tried to zoom in on an image and click out, It keeps bringing me back to original size. I would like a UI change to make it more for artists (like adding a pinch-to-zoom function), and I would also like different brushes, but I tend to use the default brush.
