It works, but overall it's very mediocre. It's definitely a bit repetitive having to manually pick out every MP3 file I have for music as the app doesn't automatically sync your downloaded music or anything like that. The options are also very mediocre, they don't really stand out and as far as I know only about 5 of the 15 or so I tested didn't need me to pay, and they definitely didn't make me impressed enough to want to pay. The effect options and slide bars were okay-ish.

Beautiful app, easy to use and understand, plus let's you preview extra options before buying, and well designed UI. The only thing I wish they would do is let you use device audio, since having to manually upload every song or using the mic (which is good, but no option to filter, just sensitivity) is a bit of a hassle.

Would be happy to give a 5 plus star rating simply because, the visuals and many many many options to customize are seemingly endless and beautiful all together, however to me personally I find it too cluttered and overwhelming, and doesn't work too well with other apps and music, when I try to get it to sync with devices it doesn't show any of my devices, and if I play music from another source then turn this app on, it cuts off my music, you have to download music first then play .

The visual effects look great,no doubt about it. Issues: 1) There doesn't seem to be a way to use a player (say Neutron) and have Vythm respond to that. The microphone mode does work fairly well however. 2) The subscription situation, while desirable by the developers, is not a great deal for us users. One year is $28 for every year forever. This app is nicely done but for $28 I should be able to outright buy it once and all.

I consider myself very picky when it comes to visuals. Most of the time it just doesn't itch the right part of my brain and easily becomes overwhelming. But, this app has been so much fun to play with I love being able to customize the visuals. I'd give it 5 stars if there were only just a few more options, backgrounds, and presets as well as if the subscription was a one time purchase, as apps like this shouldnt have a subscription fee. Otherwise this is genuinely such an amazing app!
