Slowest app I have ever experienced. It takes >30 seconds to load EVERY SINGLE TIME anything is clicked. Enter a shift and hit Save? You have to wait. Navigate to the next page? You have to wait. Refresh the page? You have to wait. Combine that with the fact that you can only load and change shifts in 1-Week View, and it takes days to populate a schedule. Horrible. We are counting down the days until our commitment expires and we can change apps.

Having to key in my password every time is not very efficient as they say the app is. Once I do key in my password, the app runs slow one day, then normal the next. So it isn't efficient or consistent.

Locked me out multiple times. Temp PWs don't always work. Changing your PW doesn't seem to work. It says I can't reuse old PWs. How am I reusing an old PW if I've never once used this app in my life? Lady at the front desk at work literally thinks I can't even spell my own name or that I can't type a PW without screwing it up, even though I log in and out of a hundred other apps a day without a single issue. Thanks for making me look like an inept idiot at my new job, Timeco. Appreciate it. Edited

The WORST app for a job I've ever used. It should honestly be deleted. I have so many gripes with it I don't have the time to write an entire essay on why this app is so user unfriendly. I hope my company drops this app soon and I never have to log in to this horror show again

Logging in is terrible and got even worse after the update. There is no way to log in using your fingerprint, so I have to type out out my info every time I want to log in. Edited
