This app worked OK for a while, and the interface is still decent when it is working. On my old phone it would always crash the first time I opened it, then I would open it again and it would be fine, but I have a new phone and I can't even open the app, which means I can't view my work schedule, I can't pick up shifts, I can't put shifts on the trade board, etc. Every time I try and open the app it crashes within seconds. If you're an employer, pick a different platform for scheduling! Edited

This app will not open it will flash like it's going to but nope screen will pop up and say app is not working either wait or close does not matter how long you wait it still doesn't. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and still the same way. I use it for work and it's useless I have to text sometime to ask them when I'm working and what shift I'm on. no stars for me on rating.

I have used w2w and for awhile it did its job and I had no issues with it.. but probably the last month NOTHING IS LOADING!! all I can manage to look at is my shedual for the week. I cant request time off, cant see who im working with or see any messages because NOTHING LOADS. Im so frustrated with it bc I need this for my job!! I've re-installed it about 3 times now and im at a loss. I wish I didnt have to use this app.

Mostly functional, but too rough around the edges. For example, when they have new feature pop-ups, they appear under my OS navigation buttons with no way to dismiss the pop-up, and I literally cannot use the app. So even though the app usually does what it says, it's hard to forgive simple epic fails like that.

Hello! I've been having this app for about 4 months now for work. At first the app works pretty well, and tells me when to come in. Yet, the app would crash. And also, for some reason my times would be inaccurate on the schedule. I keep having incidents the schedule will tell me I'm working from 11-8 or even 10-8. Later to be called why I'm not at work. I restarted my phone several times to see what is happening. I reinstalled the app.. and it finally updated to 9-6.... please fix this.
