Paid for unlimited usage but all apps are still locked.. I have emailed their support team numerous times, and they responded once and said it was fixed but it still is not. Yesterday I sent a screen shot of my paid account status and still no response.

I unlocked an item in the library to try it out, then registered for an account so I can access my library from a different device. The sign up / login process was a pain because the app doesn't support input from password manager. Had to make up a simple and insecure password just so I can remember it. Then after logging in on the other device, I found out the item I unlocked didn't transfer with my account. What's even the point of creating an account?

My son got as a Christmas gift from his grandma. Activation is a pain and it doesn't hold the activation to the account, just the device. That device bit the dust and unable to access the content.
