I have been using this app for so long I can't even remember when I first installed it. I listen to audiobooks every single day. it is such an amazing app. The way I can start on one device and then pick it up somewhere else on another device. how it connects to my Android Auto. The sleep shake feature is amazing. I cannot say enough about Jared the dev. I've had very few issues over the years but when I did he was incredibly responsive. after all these years he is still updating is fantastic. Edited

This app is a true gem for audiobook lovers. It just works — no unnecessary ads, no complications, no glitches. I set up my main folder with books, the app automatically detected the structure, remembers progress for each book, and gives me full control over what, when, and how I want to listen. It works like an old, reliable Mercedes E300 diesel — maybe not flashy, but stable, elegant, and always gets you where you need to go. If you’re looking for a simple, paid app that won’t let you down,

Need the ability to sort by "path" inside a folder. I have a couple of book series that I prefer to listen to in chronological story order, not release order. To do this, each book is inside a folder named Book 1, Book 2, etc. inside the series folder. *Update: Thanks for fast response, works great!! Edited

By default the app uses the album tag for the book name. If you want to use the path, i.e. folder name, then turn off "use audio tags" in the library overflow menu. In your example the books would then show as Book 1, Book 2, etc

First off, I've been using the Listen Audiobook Player for years and I love it. Best player out there and I've tried them all. Great job! Now for some suggestions on the few minor things that frustrate me :) 1. Please provide more flexibility in the library list view. Audiobooks can have tags that are needed to easily find the books in large libraries. I would like to be able to a) reduce/change the font size in the list, b) add certain tags to the list view (series, author/artist).

Wonderful app. If you JUST need an audiobook player that isn't tied to a specific ecosystem like Audible or Google (annoyingly hard to find), this is well worth the asking price. Im so glad I took the plunge on this Edit: went back to audible for a book, and I sorely missed this app. Def my go to audiobook app from now on. Ive listened to 3 different books, and a couple of podcasts on here. All I gotta do is move the files to my phone and im golden. Edited
