The latest update is even worse. Can't add photos from a selected album, have to scroll for EVERYTHING each time. Even created a new folder to make it easier but it doesn't show up as an option on this. updated review to one star instead of two. keep getting logged out for no reason and now just see an infinite loading screen when trying to log back in. and when i have someone try to call the number it just says the line is busy. if I could give this app zero stars! I've tried and tried to even create an account. error here error there. each error is a different code but you know what not once did my email address or phone number get their verification CODE!!! So.... thanks for the wasted time, plus that terms of service is wack. had I not pretty much gotten trapped in a terms and conditions/ create/ error code LOOP, I wouldn't have gotten to read that absolute pretentious list. definitely, read it.

A perfect five star app, when it is working but, for some reason the app just logged me out and, when I try to sign in, the setting option continuously cycles and, no options actually appear. Essentially, I have been separated from the phone number I paid for and, the conversations I am anticipating. So in the end, as one in need of a service to host certain conversations; this is how useful the product is to me as a paying customer. Edited

Stopped working (as in booted me out of my account and wouldn't let me log back in) a full 24 hours before my free trial was up. Right in the middle of a text conversation, naturally, which meant I left the other party hanging with no way to contact them (didn't have the # memorized), and I couldn't even get it to let me pay for the subscription in advance to get it started back up. At least it happened early enough that I can cancel my subscription before it bills me. Edited

Like many of the others, buggy app, logs me out and then doesn't log me back in. Had to reach out to customer service last time, for the second time, and got zero response. I just deleted the app, then a day or so later downloaded it and tried to log back in, this time it worked lol. Never did hear from CS. Wish it were possible to remove the app based on the negative feedback, at least until the same issues that customers seen to have have, get fixed. Skip this app. others are free, a bonus!
