The app is just trash. Microsoft Teams & Zoom are 100x better. I don't know why a company would opt to use this platform over the others unless they were contractually obligated to. Other than that there is nothing about this app that stands out from it's competitors. Features, UI design, accessibility, stabilization, etc. everything is subpar. Nothing unique about Adobe Connect whatsoever.

Does not connect to my headset. I had a meeting at work. My phone was muted and my headphones were connected with Bluetooth. The meeting started blaring on speaker! Pressing the volume down button on my phone only adjusted the Bluetooth volume. I turned it off and tried again, my phone was already all the way down... And still playing laud enough for everyone to hear. Found a volume setting in the app menus, but nothing to switch it to my headset. I listened with the volume turned way down. :(

Audio Issues. Cycles between phone speaker and ear piece speaker. when I hook up headphones, it constantly drops from headphones and goes to the phone. Every time.

Decent experience. Used the application for a workforce webinar. Connection was stable; use of microphone/audio when deciding to stream audio or phone in for audio is a bit confusing, and the UI could be a bit more user friendly. I personally find there's too many options plastered over the main viewing screen that I have difficulty focusing on the speaker/presenter, etc.

Hi Ashley, thank you for your feedback. You can click on the 'fullscreen' icon in the upper right of any pod (camera, screen share, chat, etc.) to hide UI elements and to maximize content for better viewing.

Never liked it. Used to have problem seeing what you are typing. Very hard to enter password. Now that fixed. But audio will not send to bluetooth. I turned everything down, it still manage to make talk through my phone's speaker. Don't know how to stop that. Wish the meeting group can switch to something else! Anything! Emailed support. The line I was given was because phones gas different os, so they can't tell me anything specific about my phone. Or give me specific instruction on what to do Edited
