The app is lovely, but also difficult. The data takes a noticeably long time to load in (and sometimes fails altogether). If there's an area overlay, like a red flag warning, then it's difficult to tap on a fire icon in that area and not just select the overlay. And the app inevitably crashes for me in about two minutes of active use. So, I can see a lot of promise in it, and I like it for those two minutes... but a real quick overview of things is all I can really get out of it.

Thank you so much for the feedback; we working on that. Your second comment about tapping on the information; when you on the map and the dialog opens in the bottom left corner, there are two arrows (it should say 1 of 2, or 5 of 6, etc.) click on the arrows, and it will cycle you through all the information in the area. Hope that helps!

You have to subscribe for it to be of any use. Unless you want to constantly open the app and look at the map. You can't get notifications without subscribing, you also can't select a specific area, you just have to scroll to your area on the app.

Hi Chien, you are correct; notifications are only available for subscribers. If you share your location with the app, the map will always center on where you are, so you don't have to scroll. Please contact [email protected] if there is anything we can help you with.

This app is great for quick fire notifications! It's easy to use and so helpful. It's also great for peace of mind when you have family members who do not know how to use technology, but live in Northern California (which is always on fire).

Very quick on giving me detail on fires in my area. Definitely worth it. Love it.
