I really wanted to like this game, and I do like the way it looks, but too much about the gameplay is inscrutable -- I can't understand player ratings at all (how do grades, training, and type (reg, elite, etc.) interact?), it's weird that the draft is in the middle of the season, the simulation engine is odd (one day I beat a team 5-1, the next day I lose to the same team 7-0), plus it takes just about forever to get training points. I've played three seasons and I think I'm about through. Edited

I would say this game is very good. I really like it, but the scores make no sense in the games. Also I have an issue with the ratings if my team has every player with at least one A+ on every player and is losing to teams with a bunch of C and F then there's something wrong with the game there because I should be winning if my team is a lot better than all the other teams so can you please fix that and make it make more sense please.

Update, the dev reached out and was extremely nice. They were aware of some of the bugs but I was able to point out a new one. Updated to 4 stars for quality deving Can't train goalies because of bug. Another bug when you train rookies in minors that takes you to a weird screen. Otherwise exactly like their other games and not bad. But losing 60 games my first season because I can't train my rookie goalie that I used all my resources on is annoying. Edited

It's wierdly complicated, the grading system with the star system doesn't make sense. Also no matter how good my offense is the front office always says it's middle of the pact. Also your team can be head and shoulders better than every other team but the randomisation of the game means that your going to basically flip a coin to see if you win a game. Which is extremely frustrating. And that's really the theme here. It's just very frustrating. But the foundation for a good game is there Edited

The game is fun I do have a few thing I don't like 1. Winning is randomized 2.my lines get mixed up randomly witch makes my team loose 3. All the good players ask for expense contract(half my team asks for 30mill) 4. Trading sucks. Suggestion for updates 1. Trading draft picks 2. The option to have no cap space( I think it would be fun to play around with like 2 billion in contracts) 3. More draft rounds. Overall it is one of my favorite games and I would recommend it to any hockey fan. Edited
