I’ve been using DigiKhata for a long time and overall I really like the app. Recently, I also purchased the subscription and am using the premium version. However, the PC version has serious performance issues. Data synchronization often takes too long, and sometimes backup shows “not successful.” Logging in on PC is also slow and occasionally requires multiple attempts. These issues need to be fixed to improve reliability and user experience.

It has been more than 20 days and my KYC is still showing “In Review.” I have submitted all required documents correctly, but there is no update at all. I tried calling many times — no one answers. I contacted on WhatsApp — no response. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer support. My money is stuck and I cannot withdraw it. This is completely unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to report this matter further. Kindly resolve my issue

Very disappointing experience. Payments made through debit or credit cards do not reflect instantly. All transactions appear after 24 hours, and in many cases it takes several days for the payment to be released. This is frustrating and unacceptable. A payment system should be real-time, just like JazzCash. There should also be a direct option to transfer funds instantly to a bank account. Please improve the system.

good app for entries but when u want to download the pdf offline functionality doesnt work , u have to watch long adds and then error comes in , and after watching 4 5 times add the somehow u manage to download the pdf , shifting from it to make my Own smart app using agentic ai
