Terrible UI. Calendar view is very sensitive to touch and not intuitive. I scroll a little and it skips 3 months ahead. It does not remember my view preference and I have to reset it each time I open the app. Everything is too crowded and requires too much precision to click on the button I want to click on. I just want to see what my tasks are for the day, and they mess up even something simple like that

I used to love this app, but it keeps getting more and more squirrely. It won't maintain sorting by due date in tasks. When I move an item in a subtask list, it moves the item back to the original location. The widget has recently become buggy as well, sorting in no particular order. I am currently looking for a replacement. I don't necessarily need all the bells and whistles. But I do need something that can at least perform reasonable basic functions for sorting and grouping.

The mobile app feels a bit like an afterthought... lots of features from desktop are missing. The widget could be the most useful thing except you cannot change the views and the default of "recently assigned" isn't very helpful. Should default to today's tasks or offer calendar view at least.

The service is pretty good, although I preferred the web version. When my year subscription came up, I no longer had a use case and went to cancel. Asana offered a reduced-feature subscription and it looked like it would be free, so I kept it. I was surprised to find a charge for $264. When I reached out for a refund, they told me to kick rocks. Deceptive practices and terrible customer service.

Back to 1 star. Task view refuses to retain the filter option (in this case, incomplete tasks). Makes the widget absolutely useless because I have, in fact, completed tasks in my years using this app — and now I can see all of them! Edited
