App seems buggy as it's not adhering to my preferences. An example would be it sending a 'perfect match' notification of a place that is $500+ over my entered budget. It does seem to find some interesting places, though it did break for a few days after going through all of the "Smart Matches". It also had at least one listing that wasn't even available. This app could be useful but it being this unfinished and dealing with these bugs (that I've found so far), you'll likely waste a lot of time.

Could be great but it's poorly executed. I get notifications for perfect matches. When I open them none of the information is populated. No price or anything, just pictures and the name of the building. So I hearted it to then pull up the proper listing after. It was $600 a month above my budget lol. Just absolutely useless. When it works well it's great. But there are a lot of issues unfortunately.

not for me. no map view of listings, which is a big problem because most of the matches / suggestions I got are so off base from the preferred locations selected. even in the "Stay in location" matches (not even close-- whole different state). Even after increasing budget parameters to be as general as possible... this app has a lot of potential, simply allowing users to view all listings on a map, with filters, would be a game changer. . I like the app lot because it's constantly updating. And it's showing me information more than what the rental properties website shows. But the one thing I would change about it is Will it stop contacting the apartment complexes that I save for later. Sometimes I'm not ready to contact them and the next thing. I know I'm getting emails from their automatic system change. Thank you for being interested in our property. We'll contact you soon or it will go ahead and contact them for me.

App will say it has a perfect match and it isn't close to my specification. I need a three bedroom, two bath minimum. it keeps checking it off it's one bathroom. it will also say something is "slightly over" my budget when it is $500 to $1000 more a month. I realize there are not a lot of options in my area. However, there are options with my needs and budget, but this app doesn't show them. Uninstalling.
