Use this app to keep an eye on our cat in France while we are on vacation in Mauritius. Both live streaming and recordings playback work well under any network conditions, including a poor public WiFi in the airport. Didn't expect that to be honest. Two-way audio allows to communicate quite fluidly as if we are in a call: despite the distance, the lag is minimal. I believe there are not many apps which are that good. Highly recommend! Edited

LineCast is indeed designed to work with any connection speed and any physical distance between the camera device and the viewer. The Internet connection quality is important for a smooth experience, in particular on the camera side.

I like the LineCast Security Camera. It works well for me. Sometimes, I can't get a live stream on my Googl phone, but that is probably because of my privacy/security sertings, poor network, or other intermittent problem that I have not identified yet. I like LineCast enough to have bought a year's subscription. It is the best app of its kind that I have found so far. I would give it a ten star review if I could! Edited

Ad free easy to set up and begin using within seconds. The ease of set up was the fastest experienced literally took seconds and capturing video and sharing capability already setup with the same ease for your viewers. An awesome app. I highly recommend it! Thank you linecast!

It says you can get HD video for free. That is a lie. You have to pay for HD video. Also you only get 300MB for free. The free version is so disappointing I'm not even going to give it a try.

This is incorrect: LineCast offers industry-standard HD video resolution for free. It can be chosen in camera settings on the live stream page, even with the free plan. Also "you only get 300MB" does not accurately describe the limitations of the free plan.
Please check information before posting, and do not review apps you are not willing to try.
