The app is ok I guess. But they want to charge you 3× what it actually costs to ship them. Nearly $40 for a $23 coin with shipping included. I can get the exact same coins on eBay for under $30 with shipping included. App misleads you into thinking that you're getting a "deal", but when you get to checkout it's nearl6 double what the price advertised was. They prey on people's gullibility. Shameful.....

Support small business. They have great selection and a easy to navigate all which is great when things go good. Lately, I've had issues with orders. I recieved a credit for one issue of $50 but I can only use the credit if I call to place my order. I work night shift and so I maintain that schedule and it's hard to use said credit. Customer service can be a nightmare to navigate when you have an issue. Small shops and coin shows are more fun and easier to navigate. Use at your own risk. Edited

I like the way I was able after a long search, too find a nice half dollar and stamp set that was not very expensive, but I find it very funny that the shipping cost is almost as much as the cost of the entire order. No discount for veterans, probably not one for first responders either, oh well, there's always eBay or the other big bullion sellers.

Once they didn't give me a platinum coin, when i told them they took their time in reviewing the video cameras, it took about 14 days to receive the missing coin. Another issue was when i prepaid about a month in advance for a limited number gold bar. They said it wasn't in good shape from the mint, ok. They didn't bump people who bought it after me. When I prepaid, there was nothing saying only so are many left in inventory. I'm in their elite club, says priority shipping. No difference. Edited

I've used the APMEX app for 6 or 7 years now, and it's very useful. Good, organized, and lots of options of precious metals to shop for. I'm able to keep track of the current value of each or the total amount of precious metals that I've purchased over the years and compare the current to the accusition cost. And the app doesn't get glitchy. It suits my needs very well.
