Decent app. It can be a bit difficult to navigate, but I can usually find what I'm looking for. There are a few glitchy moments, but I already have issues with watchlists in the desktop application. They are likely related. I've used worse investment apps, so I would say this is somewhere in the middle.

Tried to setup account. The Debit card verification process is horrendous. Never lets you upload, never works on desktop site or Chrome on phone. They let it time out and hold your money for over 2 weeks and never communicate to you what is happening and make you be the one to do all the follow up. Never once did they say or have me the option to cancel and refund my card. Just called back and wasted precious time listening to god awful music for over 20 minutes. Got nothing but pushback. This App SUCKS Theyre now charging me for having money in their program. I started with a $400 almost a year ago. I tried buying Euro several times, but the app never allowed the trade. Then the Euro shot up, and Ive been waiting for it to drop. Several months ago I got my first notice of inactivity fees, so I tried to withdraw my $400. They charge a $15 or $25 withdrawal fee. Ok I get that but they would not let the withdrawal happen. Now they tell me monthly they fee'd, but dont let me sign on UPDATE: Customer service has helped me identify the issue with trying to w/draw my funds...and of course now they've gone dark. This app is great if you have too much money and need to throw it into the garbage...never to see it again. Edited

Constant crashes and update problems. Noticed chart would not display for my USD/CHF and USD/EUR intermittently. Surprised to find out there was an update when it never displayed in my app list. Installed app thinking it would update and realized it installed a second version on my phone. Had to Uninstall everything and install app to get it to work. Guess what USD/CHF still not displaying chart after 15 minutes. Edited

The charts do not match. When I have one chart vertical it shows a massive gap. Even when I change the time frame the chart does not update. Then when I turn my phone horizontal the chart does not show a gap. I have photos but I'm not sure if I can upload them. How can one know what to trade if the same chart time frame does not match on vertical or horizontal. Also the pivot points Don't always show on the chart even though I have them enabled. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra
