Good app but needs improvement, for instance, when I finished writing my comments on a snag and came out the list came up to the first snag that I commented on, I hope this finds you well and helps u improve the same

There are not enough settings to control and order the criteria how you export your snags to pdf. I have completed an afternoons work of 100 snags of a building. I divided into locations as the app permits. However, when i export to pdf, it is ordering the items alphabetically by the name of snag, rather than the snag number, or location. There is no way to change this,Ii have tried moving items in the report etc no to avail. This makes the report order jumbled up, and impossible to give to the contractor as it is not possible to follow logically around the building. This app also has no visible way to export to excel from my android phone despite what it says. I would like a refund. I have wasted half a days work on site, and now will have to go back and snag again using a different system. I cant even access the photos to manually make a report as they are bound into the app. Would love to hear from the developer. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend

The app itself is quite good, very simple but OK. The reporting though is almost useless, because it works 1 time out of 10..especially the excel export. UPDATE: the export now seems to work fine. Again, the app is quite good and can be used for different purposes. The icing on the cake would be the introduction of a system of "themes" for the exports, based on what you are going to use it for. Edited

Excellent tool for the job. We tried a few and settled on this due to its simplicity. It didn't need to be part of a larger system. Took a couple of mistakes to figure out the location vs snag hierarchy, so some documentation would help. Multiple photos per snag would be useful. Can you look at better filtering for the reports? It would be useful to exclude items marked as complete before a certain date. Combining reports carried out by more people would be good. Thanks for the app.

The export function doesn't work. Only one photo is exported for all of the snags. That's said, when you do export it would be good to have some more options. Like export the snags into a table etc. It would also be good if you could export to word, otherwise it confirms the user to the app. This makes it useless for a more detailed written report.
