Horrible/non-human experience. This is a very poor setup. There is no explanation of what the app expects you to do next. if you can get through the initial setup, it waits for days before something actually allows you to finally take the next step. no functioning chat options no phone numbers to call, I finally was able to get ahold of someone at corporate to free it up. This app needs to be rewritten so it functions properly. Why does it log itself out when it pops up another screen

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. The website is IMPOSSIBLE to log-in to. So I got the app and it's still glitching. All I want to do is make a payment for benefits while out on leave and it keeps returning my payments, over and over, with no reason given, I know it's not the bank yet I cannot contact a human to resolve this, their phone options are bizarre and go to the wrong place. I need to speak to a HUMAN before my benefits are cancelled but after over a dozen tries, impossible.

Security is absolutely garbage on this app. It does not play well with password managers nor password vaults. The app itself is buggy and there's no way to reset your password using emails.

Unable to log in through the app - sits on the 'enter email' and spins... Then, nothing. Awful experience. Please don't tell me to reach out through the app because I can't get anywhere!

This app does not work at all. If I could send a picture, I would send it so you can see my issue. I responded twice via email with NO response. I would give this app -500 if I could. I would NOT recommend this app. I was getting ready to apply for health insurance with my work. Edited
