Solved app error of (device is not allowed) by disabling (Developer Option/mode) in android settings, then app worked right away. Edited

I keep getting the following error message "invalid national ID or Iqama" when trying to log in, even though I'm pretty sure I typed it correctly. The forgot password doesn't work either. Edited
