The app make the screen of the vr turn on but no image just light,and when I inter vr home the home enterface turns on on the phone screen not the vr it self if someone can help

Don't download it messed up my headset so bad I have to use my phone in order to line up the eyesight to use the any strange my eyes really really bad now my VR headset is unuseful
