The app isn't working at all. I've tried countless times to log in and it's not working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I even tried the website. Still no luck

This is a 3500 character review condensed to under 500: 10 days, 2+ mechanics, no service. Delays, missed schedules, with my second mechanic totally disappearing and subsequently being released from the platform. Support became increasingly less helpful and attentive. Depending on your region, reliability varies vastly (I'm in Central Florida.) Only try Auto Monkey if there are no other options. While it's a solid concept, it obviously needs a lot of growing to do and a lot of kinks to work out.

This company is the worst! 0 stars. The first appointment was cancelled after they put a hold on the money so I couldn't schedule another mechanic. Then had to wait almost a week to get another available time. Guy doesn't bother letting me know he's going to be late supposedly until 20 minutes after he was supposed to be there, wait 2 hours still no word then claims he came and couldn't reach me but still not a word in the app! I'm so pissed atp don't even bother waisting your time!

I set up my account, entered the repair needed, paid, and waited. After 3 days of " no mechanic assigned" I emailed customer service asking how long the process takes. I was advised that the mechanic in my area was on vacation, but should return that day and he would contact me soon. Four more days, and I heard nothing. I sent customer service another email asking for an update. Next time I logged in to check the status, my repair was cancelled without any communication or refund status.

Easy to use app. Very responsive team with flexible schedules. Great value for services provided. Upfront quotes before you schedule so no surprise bills! I have minimal down time so being able to get my car serviced while I'm working without having to find rides is amazing! Will definitely book again! Edited
