Poorly designed app. There is no way to reset the password, and the latest update doesn't even recognise my email address that I can use in the previous version. There is just no quality control of any kind. This feels like an app developed by a college student instead of an app developer. Please hire someone more capable of maintaining the app. It has such simple functionalities, and there is no reason that it is this bad. What a disaster. Do better. Edited

Suddenly, my vehicle is no longer registered in the system, and I am unable to register it again. All my service and payment history has also been lost.

Update 13 August 2025: My vehicle is not listed. My service history is blank. Cannot add my vehicle. Can I give -1 star? My profile name went blank. My car disappeared from my listing, along with service history. Can't update profile. Can't add back my car. Can't even update profile pic. Only reason I'm giving one star is because there is no zero star. Edited

Unreliable app. I can't book an appointment. It's not showing anything at the drop down menu list. The information of your service progress not updated in a timely manner. There's delays. My car was checked in earlier and already started the work at the bay, but it is only updated in the app notifications after 30mins plus later. Please do some upgrade of a better version of this app. It could be better.
