There is alot wrong with this game. The animation is not smooth. The touch screen needs improvment. The game freezes during the dice game or going into world. The delay between going in and out of map is long. All these little things can get annoying. Graphics need improvment if you going to compete with other games like this. You have to press on an object to interact maybe 2 or 3 times before it actually does it. When you press on a object. Map moves instead.

1 star. Ads point that this is a decent game. I knew it wouldn't be as advertised, but it strays so far from the advertisement. And honestly, I would've been fine with base building because it looked like a MODERN war game where you fight other people and HUMAN NPCs while training people. But no, it's another stupid Zombie base game. There are hundreds of these all over the place, such as Z-girls. And what tucked me off was that you build buildings you can't do anything with.

Have played for 3 years. Understood that money plays a big part. Got a new phone recently, game freezes. I have done everything recommended to try and address the issues. I get the same messages of what I should be doing. Provided all the information they request. Then they tell you issue has been resolved therefore the messaging ticket closes. Going on 2 weeks now and game still freezes. If you guys can't provide a good customer service you will continue to lose customers. Edited

Waste of Money. And you WILL spend if you want to grow as a player. It is nearly impossible to build quickly without buying Gift Packs. When contacting support, they talk in riddles and never help solve the issue. To get to level 30 in under a year, you will need to pay at least $3,000. If the developer doesn't change the game to make building possible without so much money, there is no use in playing. The best player is who spends the most $$. Almost forgot they charged my card random twice Edited

Purchasing isn't the main method in the game, it's just for making things easy and fast for the players to upgrade their levels, so anyone can reach a high level whether they purchase or not, it just depends on the player's tactics.

A product or. Service is only as good if not more than the resolution it provides to customers. Any business can give great custome service when it's sunny and warm. It's when sudden bad arises does a business stand out. Weather can't be fixed, but issues can be resolved. It's been 7 days since I last logged to collect gold in the exchange. Since then issues with logging have occurred. First with Facebook not allowing entry and now game freezes. It's not rocket science. Let's get it done plz. Edited
