I made 3 accounts, each time the game bugs and I can't train new troops or move or attack with them, replying to the game dev reply " I restarted device, cleared cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing fixing the issues" also I have sent a support request 3 days ago on the first account, but didn't receive any reply in game or by email" it is a shame that a good game like this is getting destroyed by lack of support and attention. Extremely disappointing customer service and support system. The technical team is not helping to solve players technical issues and always blame the user and put the wrong in them. If ppl are paying to play this game the least thing they should get proper support and technical issue solver. My issue is going own since may and still not solve. Your team got contacted more than enough and there was no solution what so ever. Edited

The screen shots describing the game and the way it is about less then what is inside ,and i guess ppl are not expecting this,so i sujest real screen shots because its great too and will be liked more then giving pics about the game system or how to play it,and i sujest to add new ground more grass more send and trees ....ruins , because the map is too lightning and hurts the players eyes when playing too long.. Saw the ad and it showed a flight simulator game. Luckily I checked out the screenshots before installing. Misleading advertisement. Also I dont care about the developer's generic response where they mention the screenshots show what the game is. I shouldnt have to rely on screenshots after a gameplay video. The developer's are cheating us. Because even if people uninstall the app after opening it once developer's have made ad revenue. Edited

Bad experience, The game it's self playing... Can't change language After getting your replay, I have raised one more star, Its not still easy, we can't click on user image. The game forcing me to play on, I can't select any other options to change the language. On next release, My request that, Let user choose the available language at start itself. Edited

you can change the game language to English by pressing on your personal commander's photo (the command center level should be two) then press on (الإعدادات) on the bottom right side of the screen, then press on (اللغة) and change the language as u want, and you can contact support team for any further help, we hope to see 5 stars 🥰🥰
